Provide only business contact details and information needed to identify your order, understand your selected page and arrange authorized access. Do not submit credentials, private customer records or payment-card data.

Submissions are sent over HTTPS to Netlify Forms in the existing Sound Software Development project. Authorized project administrators can review them. They are used for order reconciliation, scope review, access coordination and service delivery. Intake data is not published on this site or used to claim payment has been verified.

We may match the contact and reference with the merchant's Stripe order records. Do not include private information in page URLs or receipt references. Operational contact is for this order, not marketing.
